Youth Empowerment & Entrepreneurship

Turning young ideas into sustainable, income-generating ventures.

About this program

What we do

Africa's greatest resource is its young people — but talent alone is not enough. AYLC's Youth Empowerment & Entrepreneurship pillar bridges the gap between ambition and opportunity by providing structured entrepreneurship training, business development support, innovation programs and access to early-stage capital and markets.

We run bootcamps, incubation cycles and accelerator-style mentorship for youth-led startups, side hustles and social enterprises. From idea validation to first revenue, our team walks with founders through every stage — helping them turn a notebook concept into a registered, revenue-generating venture.

We pay special attention to women entrepreneurs, rural youth and out-of-school young people who are often overlooked by mainstream programs.
